## A psalm of David.
[[#Verse 01.]]Ā Acknowledge theĀ Lord, you heavenly beings,
acknowledge theĀ Lordās majesty and power.
[[#Verse 02.]]Ā Acknowledge the majesty of theĀ Lordās reputation.
Worship theĀ LordĀ in holy attire.
[[#Verse 03.]]Ā TheĀ Lordās shout is heard over the water;
the majestic God thunders,
theĀ LordĀ appears over the surging water.
[[#Verse 04.]]Ā TheĀ Lordās shout is powerful,
theĀ Lordās shout is majestic.
[[#Verse 05.]]Ā TheĀ Lordās shout breaksĀ the cedars,
theĀ LordĀ shattersĀ the cedars of Lebanon.
[[#Verse 06.]]Ā He makes them skip like a calf,
Lebanon and SirionĀ like a young ox.
[[#Verse 07.]]Ā TheĀ Lordās shout strikesĀ with flaming fire.
[[#Verse 08.]]Ā TheĀ Lordās shout shakesĀ the wilderness,
theĀ LordĀ shakes the wilderness of Kadesh.

and stripsĀ the leaves from the forests.
Everyone in his temple says, āMajestic!ā
[[#Verse 10.]]Ā TheĀ LordĀ sits enthroned over the engulfing waters,
theĀ LordĀ sits enthronedĀ as the eternal king.
[[#Verse 11.]]Ā TheĀ LordĀ givesĀ his people strength;
theĀ LordĀ grants his people security.
