## π Summary of Book
> The Book of Jeremiah records the ministry of the prophet Jeremiah during the final years of Judah before the Babylonian exile. Called as a young man, Jeremiah faithfully proclaimed Godβs warnings of judgment because of persistent idolatry and injustice. Despite intense persecution, rejection, and personal suffering, he remained obedient to Godβs message. The book also contains powerful promises of restoration and the coming New Covenant.
