Every pastor should read through 1 Timothy, 2 Timothy, and Titus over and over as part of their daily devotion.
Timothy was a young (30ish years old) pastor over one of the premiere churches. Paul is mentoring him with sound wisdom that was inspired of the Holy Spirit.
