#SOAP Title: Follow the Leader Scripture: (John‬ ‭12‬:‭26‬) “Anyone who wants to serve me must follow me, because my servants must be where I am. And the Father will honor anyone who serves me.” Observation: I think many people forget that Christianity is not just about asking Jesus to save us. That is the beginning. The next step is that we begin to follow our leader. That is where the adventures happen. As we follow the Lord, He opens doors, works miracles, and shows us that even our ordinary faithfulness is for extraordinary reasons. This is why I am so sad when people say that they are “bored” serving God. It makes me wonder if they are truly following their leader. True Christianity is anything but boring. It’ hard, painful, joyful, exciting… just not boring.  Application: Follow the leader everything and consider every day an adventure.  Prayer: Thank You for leading us through every season of life.
